Regarding all our links

In a ruling on 12 May 1998, the Hamburg State Court decided that those who post links are co-responsible for the content on the linked page. The Court states that this can only be hindered if they expressly distance themselves from the content:

Therefore, we hereby expressly distance ourselves from all content on all linked pages on our website and disclaim adoption of that content. This declaration applies for all links shown on the website and all content on the pages to which the pages, banners and links we show lead.
